Refund policy

Kiive Audio products are non-tangible digital goods delivered instantly by download. Once a purchase is complete it cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.

We built the buying process around this. Every Kiive plugin has a fully functional 14 day free trial with no card required, so you can run the actual plugin in your own DAW, on your own sessions, on your own system before spending anything. Please use the trial and review the system requirements listed on each product page before you buy.

Promotional pricing

Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only. All promotional, discounted, bundle, and pre-order sales are final. Offers are not retroactive, apply only to the products specified, and Kiive Audio reserves the right to modify or end any offer at any time.

If something is not working

If you run into trouble with a download, an installation, a license key, or getting a plugin running in your DAW, contact us at support@kiiveaudio.com and we will work with you until it is sorted. In the rare case where we cannot get a product working on a system that meets its listed requirements, we may at our sole discretion offer a solution such as a replacement license, a store credit, an exchange, or a partial or full refund. That is an exception we evaluate case by case, not a standing policy.

Payment disputes

Please reach out to support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues are solved in one or two emails. Licenses associated with disputed or charged-back payments may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.
